Iris Firemoon has studied Wicca for 9 years, though she has walked the path of the Goddess her whole life. She focuses on tarot, astrology, Qabala, as well as other metaphysical studies. Currently living in Virginia, her other interests include reading, writing, dancing, singing, scrapbooking, wine, and being outdoors. Her mundane job is in the exciting world of broadcast news. Kirstin is responsible for helping those who are preparing for dedication and initiation. She felt the desire to help others in preparation for the next step on her path. She is also preparing to perform her first handfasting in August, a joyous occasion. Kirstin joins us from Wisconsin. |

Luan is originally from Zimbabwe where she lived until the age of 18. She lived on a farm and learnt at a very young age how to be at one with the environment. She then moved to England to study and now live in Portsmouth, England. She shares her life with her husband and soul mate and her 1 year old daughter. She have always been very close to nature and I felt the Wicca fitted perfectly into my life. She is now at the stage in my journey where she would like to help others along their own path. She has joined The Firefly Academy Board to help build a stronger community and to help all the students in different countries to celebrate the correct Sabats and to meet-up if they are close enough to each other. |
LaVada discovered Wicca in the Spring of 2007, and attended an open ritual in her area. She is active in the community, attending meetups, and trying to learn as much as she can. Among her interests are runes and beading, as she makes beautiful necklaces for those who impact her life. LaVada picked up tarot when she began taking classes here, and this is one of her many strengths. She currently lives in Northern Virginia. |

Kimmie is in the process of relocating from Florida to Scotland. She rededicated
herself to the Christian path on 12/5/2008. She views herself as a very open
and laid back Christian. Christian Witchcraft combines the teachings of Jesus, the work of the Bible, and the Holy Father with the practice of witchcraft. Many Christian witches go further to use the ritual and dogma of Wicca to shape their practice. Church and fellowship can be done anywhere and
at anytime. She is very interested in the life and history of Jesus,

Brandy has been a student, practitioner, and teacher of the craft for many years now. As a child, she would spend much of my free time exploring Magick, the paranormal, and laying in the moon light. It was only about 12 years ago that she put a name and a course of study to my interests. She has two ordinations, the first is through Universal Life Church in Modesto, Ca, and the second is through Nature Church, York, PA. Through Nature Church she served, the Pagan community as one of many who helped get this unique church up and running, and served as a Minister of Earth Base Spirituality. Outside of that, she follows a very eclectic path where she incorporate a variety of elements into my practice. Isisdrum has been a student of World Religions and Occult Concepts since 1990. He is currently an ordained Wicca Priest, Licensed in VA, and HP of The Cathedral of the Forest of Stafford, VA. He is also a Correllian trained Witch and Outer Court Member .
Isisdrum has been married to the same witch and best friend for 29 years, and is the father of three grown children. He is the facilitator of a weekly Hand Drum Circle/Occult studies class, as well as the drummer for the Classic Rock Band, Murphy's 2nd Law. Ashwini is an Indian Witch, and a Hindu by birth. She has been interested in Occult and witchcraft since her childhood and discovered Wicca 5 years ago. She has found excellent ways to blend Wicca with Hinduism. She has been practising Yoga for about 13 years now. Her interests lie in working with the Moon and Candles. She loves to make candles herself. She loves reading and writing. She is also actively involved in environmental activities and animal rights in her locality. Has been practicing the Craft for 4 and a half years. A friend introduced him to the practice, as well as mentored him. His parents are Catholic. His teaching style is what he likes to call Penzackism. He teaches mostly on his works but also on the works of Scott Cunningham and Gwen Morningstar.
