STEP 3: Fill out an application.

STEP 4: Get your enrollment confirmation or declination message.

STEP 5: If you are accepted, use the generic enrollment key to start your classes.


There is NO TUITION!

New students must be 18 years of age. Though we would love to help inspire young seekers, we are unable to take on the risk of teaching to minors. Though it is not a law, the Supreme Court has set a precedence, which is next to law. The Supreme Court has made several rulings that a right to privacy means that parents have the right to see to how their children will be raised, which includes their instruction of religion. Please respect our decision on this matter.

Textbook PDF now included in free enrollment! We are making the PDF of the textbook required for Wicca 1, 2, and 3 available for free. Additionally, you will still be able to order a hard copy of the textbook if you desire.

Once you apply, Lady Rowena will review your application and available course spots, then email you with your current status, and enroll you in any classes that you are eligible for. She will examine:

  • Your application
  • How active you have been on campus
  • The courses that you have completed in the past (if applicable)

Students that have been accepted to The Firefly Academy can enroll for courses at any time via Enrollment Key. Beginning in November, TFA will no longer be operating on a Enrollment Form system. It has become more visible to our administrators that the way we operate this school needs to be more manageable to our administrators, especially considering the number of managers we have at this present time. We will be converting the school to a Enrollment Key format.

  • Certificate of Completion. For Courses that have prerequisites, once you have finished, or have a grade of 90% or better, you will have access to a Certificate of Completion that is located at the bottom of the Course. (i.e. Wicca 1 - Once 90% of your course has been completed and graded, you will be able to access the certificate of completion. Beyond giving thanks to you for doing such wonderful work, this certificate will include your enrollment key for Wicca 2.)

    Enrollment maximum is 45 people per class. Once a class has reached the maximum number of students, enrollment for that course automatically locks. Therefore, keep checking back to see if a spot has opened up for that course. At this point in time, we have not reached a maximum number of students in any course.

    All students may only be enrolled in 3 classes maxiumum at a time. Once you finish one class, you can then enroll in a new class, for a max. of three classes at a time. Even if you complete a class with an acceptable level of effort in 3 or 4 weeks, you can enroll in the next class as soon as possible.

      Students will have 8 weeks from the day enrolled to complete each classes. Should a student need more time, regardless the reason, you can re-enroll into said course, as long as, the enrollment maximum has not been reached.

    Instructors teaching classes under this new system will need to alert the administration board AT LEAST 8 weeks prior to concluding the offering of a class, unless there are no current enrollments in that class.
