TFA may modify these terms and conditions at any time without notice by updating these Legal Notices, and we encourage you to review the terms and conditions because any such modifications will apply, and can be modified at any time without notice. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE The "service" provided by TFA includes all website and content, as well as messages and forum posts by administrators and instructors. It also includes all of the information provided through third party sites, such as Moodle. It is the responsibility of the user to obtain access to the necessary materials in order to use the service provided by TFA, which may include third party fees by an internet service provider and telephone provider. TFA is not responsible for these third party fees.
PRIVACY POLICY TFA will not share any information with another party that you provide to us. This includes your name, address, email address, phone number, and other personal information provided during course and forum registration. All of the courses are private, and only those who have fully registered with TFA will have access to the information posted there. TFA will use the school's internal message system and the email address that you provide to send updates, reminders, newsletters, and other school communication. These communications will be sporadic, and the majority of them will be through the school's message system, but may also include email.
YOUR REGISTRATION OBLIGATIONS
By using the services provided by TFA, you are agreeing to provide accurate and current information about yourself on this site, including while registering for classes a Moodle account. You also agree that you will not share your password with anyone else. Unauthorized use of your username and password will result in the immediate deletion of your account. TFA is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from the failure to adhere to these terms. All registered students must be 13 years of age or older to use this site.
MEMBER CONDUCT
You are entirely responsible for all content that you post or upload to the site. By using this site, essentially agreeing to these terms of service, you must adhere to a respectable code of conduct. You may not post any offensive, false, unlawful, harmful, abusive, harassing, vulgar, libelous, invasive, hateful, or otherwise objectionable. You also may not impersonate or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity, including, but not limited to, TFA administrators, instrutors, and members of higher ranks. You are not permitted to upload material that is harmful to this site and its third party affiliates, such as viruses. Commerical solicitation and other unauthorized advertising is prohibited. Users are not permitted to upload any content which infringes on existing patents. You are also not permited to violate any local, state, national, or international law during the use of the services provided by TFA. TFA reserves to right to move, edit, or remove any content posted by users at any time, including, but not limited to content that violates the above rules of conduct, as well as any content that is otherwise objectionable. TFA may also perserve any content posted on this website by users.You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit for any purposes, any portion of this service.
